An infant took his first step,

With eyes filled with kindness,

Face with a barrel of smiles

Heart so full of love

Hands that never imagined,

Turning away from the less abled,

Legs that never wanted to stop walking,

Though the road was rough going…

Then came anger,

Turning the eyes red…

Fear and ego disguised his face

Rejection and rudeness messed up his love

His brain made the legs race,

When he badly wanted to walk

His hands tied to his sides

Running and racing with him

Lending it, long forgotten…

The legs racing in different directions

Every other day…

Oh! What happened?

To the beauties that held him

In his first step…?
