Wrapped Up Writing - Book Review

A feel good poetry collection with poems that hit a little close to home…

Beginning with a piece of my favourite kind of furry friend, Ajitha dabbles with a wide range of themes. Each poem carries smoothly to the next one and my personal favourite was the ending! 

The author saves the emotional roller coaster for the end, a slick move and as you read the final lines, you are left moved, silent and thinking of more ways to spread love and care for people! 

As for stylistic elements, the rhyme scheme is on point but as someone who leans more toward Freeform poetry, I felt that things could be mixed up a little bit more. 

While I think there is room for improvement, overall it was a great debut book! Here’s to more from the author, cheers!
